BISHOP GERALD MANNS

Senior Pastor

Bishop Gerald Manns is the esteemed senior pastor of Appleton Sanctuary Outreach Ministries, Inc.  serving faithfully for the past 11 years. Before his current role, he dedicated his efforts as a youth pastor and State Overseer for Wisconsin. Presently, he holds the position of General Secretary for Grace International Fellowship and has been appointed to the Bishops College of Bishops. Bishop Manns offers a range of counseling services, including marriage, couples, grief, and individual counseling. His commitment extends beyond the church walls; he preaches in prisons, makes hospital visits, and is actively involved in community outreach. Known affectionately as  Appleton's City Pastor, he has earned recognition from the city's mayor, Mayor Woodford and the honor of a day named after him by the City of Appleton. He is the President of the church board, a devoted husband of over 27 years and a proud father of three adult children Allayah, Alexsis and Elijah.

FIRST LADY CARLA MANNS

First Lady

First Lady Manns, wife of Bishop Gerald Manns of Appleton Sanctuary Outreach Ministries, Inc., has been a pillar of her community for over 27 years. Involved in the church since 1996, she is a dedicated wife and mother to three children: Allayah, Alexsis, and Elijah. Her ministry roles have been diverse, including usher, greeter, and hospitality member. She has also worked in prison ministry, visited nursing homes, shelters, and food pantries, and taught in the Kids church and youth programs. Currently, she leads worship and heads the women's department. Outside the church, she is a successful business owner, serves on various community boards, and has founded a group for girls aged 5-18. Her philanthropic efforts include donating clothing to women, providing mentorship to young adults, and connecting the community. Her generosity extends to children both locally and internationally.
