HISTORY
Appleton Sanctuary Outreach Ministries, Inc., located in Appleton, Wisconsin, has been a cornerstone of the local community for 31 years. Founded by Dr. G. Manns in August 1992. She began her work in City Park, Appleton. She eventually moved into the Appleton YMCA until 1995, when she moved into a small church on Winnabago Drive. In 1997 she took the congregant s to a full corner lot on Wisconsin Avenue, where we currently reside in our paid off building. Known for its warm, welcoming atmosphere and strong commitment to service, the church has built a reputation as a beacon of hope and support in the city of Appleton and its surrounding areas.
OUR SENIOR PASTOR
Bishop Gerald Manns is a dedicated and passionate senior pastor at Appleton Sanctuary Outreach Ministries, Inc. With over 31 years of devoted service to the Lord, he is also the General Secretary for Grace International Fellowship. Bishop Manns is renowned for his compassionate counseling, providing guidance to individuals, couples, and those experiencing grief.
A fervent believer in community outreach, Bishop Manns actively visits the sick and shut-in, embodying his commitment to the wholeness of the entire family. His sermons, rich with scripture, are delivered with both passion and grace, inspiring and uplifting his congregation.
Married for 28 years and a proud father of three adult children, Bishop Manns is affectionately known throughout the Fox Cities as the community pastor. His leadership and unwavering dedication have profoundly impacted countless lives, making him a cherished and respected figure in the community.
